The Group Shop evaluation process is designed to assess the performance of Sales Managers and the experience of a potential customer when contacting the hotel to organize a meeting. The Quality Track “Life of the Lead” process reviews the overall guest experience from initial contact to final follow-up tracking the receipt of the proposal. The call reports include a log of all the interactions between the caller and hotel staff. All documents provided by the sales manager including emails and proposals are included in the evaluation process.
